Friends strengthen us and provide a shield against the hardships life brings.

When faced with life’s challenges, problems, disappointments, setbacks and tragedies people naturally look for ways to cope. Common coping mechanisms such as pharmaceuticals, substance abuse and retreat to isolation and safety can aggravate the problem, though a person is simply looking for a shield from the hurt. On the other hand, friendship can be that shield in a healthy way. But successful friendships need consistent nurture and attention in order to be the effective shield during hard times.

In this webinar you will learn…

  1. Ten traits to being a good friend
  2. The anatomy of TRUST
  3. Importance of connection in life satisfaction and longevity
  4. Difference between Karpman Drama Triangle and The Empowerment Dynamic

Benefits of attending this webinar…

  • Learn qualities of being a better friend
  • Understand the importance of vulnerability in friendships
  • Raise your vibration to attract more nurturing friendships
