  1. Sporadic Workouts
  2. Bad Form
  3. Too rapid increase
  4. Bad Shoes/Running Surface
  5. Bad Diet/Heavy Weight

  1. Absorbing other people’s rules (dissonance between what you’re supposed to be and your actions)
  2. Video from Bible Project (God/Jesus/Spirit)
  3. Acting out of fear (put courage in the driver’s seat, not fear)
  4. Isolation: Most paralyzing, handicapping
  5. Denying emotions: Don’t deny anger, sadness… Denying joy. Eventually can’t express emotions.

  2. Junk Food – Bad Food (heavy food, Italian with sauces, lasagna – deserts…) too much quantity – sugar – 80/20 split. Denial leads to guilt and shame.

  5. Avoid people pleasing – spreading yourself thin – say what you feel
