What is Yoga?

  • Bikram: hot yoga, sauna like environment, best to check first with your doctor if you have certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure and heart problems
  • Body and Brain Energy Yoga: a Korean form of yoga that emphasizes the energy flow of the body through vibration

  • 17th Century Western looks at the mind and body as two distinct entities.
