Hidden Peak is a great first summit adventure if you have not yet summited one of the Rainbow Mountains in Nevada. The route to the summit base is on a nice trail and the final summit approach is well-cairned with gradual inclines and just a few easy class 3 rock scrambles. Traverse the beautiful, seldom traveled route, above Mt. Wilson and Indecision Peak on The Rainbow Mountains Upper Crest Ridgeline. See rare views and video footage. There is no trail here, but its all Class 2 climbing. Discover a little-known summit access route from the ridgeline to Indecision Peak. Finally navigate through canyon washes back to the start point at the Lovell Canyon campground.
