There are many camping areas in Lee Canyon:
- McWilliams Campground (Developed Campground at the Upper End of Lee Canyon Road Near the Lee Canyon Ski Area) 75 Camp Sites. - Macks Canyon Camping (Dispersed Camping Along Macks Canyon Road)
- Macks Canyon Group Campground (Dispersed Camping at the Upper End of Macks Canyon Road – 4 miles from Lee Canyon Road)
- Champion Road Camping (Dispersed Camping off Lee Canyon Road Below Sawmill Trailhead Area)
- Additional Dispersed Camping in Lee Canyon: There are a few dispersed camping spots along Blue Tree Road and along the Upper West Edge of Lee Canyon

Lee Canyon Camping gives you an extended multi-day opportunity to delve more deeply into the wilderness. You could start on the Bristlecone Pine Trail, then work your way to the Bonanza Trail and take that trail all the way to McFarland Peak, Bonanza Peak and even Cold Creek. Along the way, take a side adventure to Amargosa Overlook. Enjoy the great backcountry wilderness camping area between Lee Canyon and Bonanza Peak. Explore some cool pathless wilderness navigation adventures from Lee Canyon to the North Rim of Kyle Canyon starting out at Lee Meadows or the Foxtail Group Picnic Area. Summit the South Sister, North Sister and Black Rock Sister. Make a grand crossing from the Foxtail Group Picnic Area to Mummy Mountain. Summit Mummy’s Nose. Take Hwy 95 North from Las Vegas and take a left at the Lee Canyon Road exit (Hwy 156). The camping areas listed above are along the upper stretch of Lee Canyon Road in the following order from lowest to highest elevation:
