Fletcher Peak Adventures Overview | Mt Charleston Wilderness | Spring Mountains, Nevada

Fletcher Peak, elevation 10,319ft, has a beautiful wooded summit area populated by ancient Bristlecone Pines sculpted into fantastic shapes over the centuries. The forest is home to a mule deer population, and you are likely to see them at the summit in the early morning or late evening. The summit offers a unique view of Harris Mountain, Griffith Peak and the saddle between. Beyond is The La Madre Mountains Wilderness. To the Northeast are the Sheep Range and Gass Peak. Mummy’s Toe and Mummy’s Nose are prominent in their full glory to the West. And there’s much more!

Of the high Mt. Charleston Wilderness summits, Fletcher Peak is the easiest to reach, and the most popular route is from the North Loop Trail. But there are more additional little-known wilderness routes to the summit than you might have imagined. Find them on this page!
