- Too rapid increase
- Bad Shoes/Running Surface
- Bad Diet/Heavy Weight
- Absorbing other people’s rules (dissonance between what you’re supposed to be and your actions)

- Acting out of fear (put courage in the driver’s seat, not fear)
- Isolation: Most paralyzing, handicapping
- Denying emotions: Don’t deny anger, sadness… Denying joy. Eventually can’t express emotions.
- Things that work against facia (repetitive movement, lack of movement)
- Lack of motion
- Restricted motion – creates adhesions
- Animal movement – reprogram body for full range of motion

- Negative people (news programs)
- Worry (the opposite of prayer) Sends negative energy. Rather, go into prayer.
- Foods that don’t agree with you. Stress hormones. (Rather: organic, grass fed beef… raised well.)

- Toxic people
- Junk Food – Bad Food (heavy food, Italian with sauces, lasagna – deserts…) too much quantity – sugar – 80/20 split. Denial leads to guilt and shame.
